Position Line Deformation

There is position line on each felt. When felts run, some times there is deformation in it. Main reasons are:1. Unparallel felt roll shaft and drive roll shaft
2. Biasing
3. There is paper stock on the felt roll shaft.
4. Unreasonable setting of press roll
5. Deformed felt roll shaft
6. Bad resistance of felt against deformation
